What We’re Looking For
We seek versatile construction professionals who can perform across multiple trades with precision and care. Employees in this role regularly work on:
• Concrete – pouring, finishing, and curing slabs, footings, and foundations
• Framing – reading blueprints, laying out walls, and installing structural framing
• Siding – measuring, cutting, and installing exterior siding
• Drywall – hanging, finishing, and repairing with attention to seams and corners
• Paint – preparing surfaces, priming, and painting with precise coverage
• Tile – installing floor, wall, and shower tile with proper alignment and leveling
• Flooring – installing hardwood, laminate, or other flooring materials
• Finish Work – trim, cabinetry, doors, and other detail-oriented tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum two years construction experience
• Ability to read plans and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Proven reliability, accountability, and work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively on a TEAM
• Non-family references verifying experience and quality of work

Become an Approved Subcontractor
At Legacy Mountain Builders, we partner with skilled subcontractors who share our dedication to quality, efficiency, and long-term relationships. Joining our network ensures you work on projects that value professionalism and craftsmanship.
To join our approved subcontractor list, please provide:
- Proof of current General Liability Insurance
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance OR a completed Independent Contractor Agreement (Download Form)
- Three non-family references confirming your work quality and professionalism
- A portfolio of past projects that showcase your expertise
- A completed W-9 form for our records (W-9 Form Info)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in your trade
- Strong communication skills and reliability
